Description: In the 1950’s, when our founder, Gina Costa, immigrated to America from Palermo, Sicily, she brought with her a special gift which was to shape the lives of her family for generations to come. Her gift was a passion. Gina loved to cook, and when Gina cooked people came from far and wide to eat. There was never an empty seat at Gina’s table. In 1975, after raising two fine sons, Gina fulfilled her lifelong dream and opened the doors of the very first Gina’s Pizza Restaurant in Corona Del Mar California. The rest, as they say, is history in the baking! Today the Costa family still faithfully honors Gina’s recipes and traditions. We slow cook all of our dishes and sauces from the finest ingredients and make as much as possible from. Gina was great because she refused to lower her standards and at Gina’s Pizza we have the same mission. Discover our family recipes that are sure to become your family's new Italian favorites!

Good tasting pizza and great pastas. We had regular and gluten free pizza. I thought the gluten free crust was a bit sweet and crunchy. My family loved the penne with Alfredo sauce and chicken as well as the gnocchi in Alfredo sauce. The tiramisu, brownie, and snicker doodle were also good. Great place for take out. This place was just as good as the Laguna Beach location.

This is a fun, casual place to hang out and grab a bite to eat while on Balboa. The food is good, the atmosphere is casual and the staff is friendly. Go alone or with a crowd, order takeout...it's all good. If you like big, generously topped pieces of pizza, this is the place to go.

What a fantastic place this is. Ordered a half-veggie, half-meat based pizza and the base was to die for.

The slices of pizza are made to order. Very good. The pastrami sandwich was only a half but seemed quite large. Service was fast and plenty of seats.

During our 30 stay at Peninsula Point we ate food from Ginas 4 times. The pizza is very good and the dough can be thin and. Crispy. For me the star was the spaghetti with a blush sauce and meatballs. Caesar salad is good. They have the best home delivery service I have ever seen. Timely, friendly and it arrives HOT.
