I recently spent one night at The Line Hotel before having to catch a very early flight back to NYC. When I arrived I had just completed a 6 day work trip and was tired and hungry and was looking forward to just getting some food and relaxing. I realized though that I had accumulated some items over the past week that wouldn't fit in my bag so went to the concierge to see if I could get their assistance in shipping some items home and can't say enough about how nice, kind and helpful Ariel was in this effort. She took the items, my information and assured me she would handle it all and the items are the way!
Later I tried to call room service to order some food and couldn't get through so went to the front desk and spoke with Alex who found me a menu, called room service, placed my order for me, took half off the price and followed up to make sure it arrived! So above and beyond and I really appreciated that extra effort.
All in all it was a great spot but for sure it was the staff that made this place stand out.More
