Great beds and pillows, food for breakfast was fresh and staff was great. Convenient for going to places and Hollywood bowl. Check in was attentive and accurate and informative. Staff remembered us in our reentry and great parking. Close to everything

First time staying here will definitely be back.. great location lovely clean hotel only a couple of minutes walk to the Walk of Fame.. bed was very comfortable & room was nice & quiet.. Staff were very nice from the front desk to Marieta & Veronica at breakfast they couldn’t do even for us.. great selection of food for breakfast also.. all in all would highly recommend this hotel..

Great stay in the Hollywood area. Perfect location just minutes from Universal Studios and so many Hollywood sights/tours. Not too big and not a long wait for anything from check in, to valet. All staff was very friendly. Free breakfast every morning and Marieta & Veronica are the best!

Our family of 6 stayed in a 2 queen bed plus sofa bed for 3 nights. The room was spacious enough for everyone to have a spot to relax. The microwave and mini fridge came in handy to reheat leftovers from restaurants and to have cold drinks including water and juice boxes. The built in suitcase counter was fantastic! Finally, we didn't have our belongings all over the place. Marieta & Veronica were so lovely and sweet during breakfast. They had a smile for all guests and really made us feel welcome. Miki at the front desk in the evening and another front desk person in the morning, and the valet gentlemen (sorry I didn't get their names) were all so pleasant and kind. Our housekeeper was kind and gave us a big trash bag for our dirty clothes. The staff really made this stay exceptional. Kudos to you all for making it memorable. How to be back soon!

It is not a huge hotel like the ones in downtown, but overall it is a well-managed facility.
Pros:
- The room is clean and spacious.
- Some nice accommodations within the room, such as using a thick plastic cup so holding a hot tea wouldn't be a problem, many USB and power sockets and powerful air conditioner.
- The breakfast hall is clean, well-presented, food was being refilled quickly and dedicated staff were there to assist.
- Less to 10 mins walk to the Hollywood walk of frame.
Cons:
- Pricey.
- The standard room cleaning is once every 5 days or upon request. Yes we did ask for a daily cleanup but it was inconvenient and uncomfortable. to justify the high price tag, you need to provide daily room cleaning without having the guest to request and being asked why we needed a daily room cleaning.
