All the services as well as amenities were at top level! One might not believe that such places can exist at all... Tranquillity of the atmosphere, well-kept historical features, all comforts, absolutely friendly attitude be the service.
Very nice place, recommended. Nice spa and very tasty dinner and breakfast. There are interesting buildings and much to see. Very friendly service. Cosy and beautiful place where to rest and enjoy vacation.
Our room and bathroom weren´t clean enough. There was some problems with hot water. There should be balance between price and quality, but unfortunately the new concept what they try to offer isn´t the best solution.It should be important to focus on quality not quantity.
The spa was very nice- the saunas were good and clean. The hotel room was clean and nise too. The food in the restaurant was average. Prices are high.The choice of breakfast was good. However - in terms of its location, Vihula Mainoris one of the best in Estonia. Very cozy and good service.
It was realy nice and cosy hotel. Spa is small, but very good and and what you want they have there, rooms clean and very warm! its a huge plus cause we had a small child. One minus is after spa you need get dress to get in your apartment,, now it was a little but noisy. But all was just perfect! thank you!
