The bad: Loud - Our room was around the corner from the lobby and the sound bounced around like a warehouse. Noise comes from the enclosed hallway as well. Two front desk workers were very loud at 6:00 a.m. The people above us woke us up at 4:00 a.m. leaving their room, tromping back and forth across the room over and over. Regretted not getting a room on the top floor. No in-room coffee so went to lobby for a cup at around 7:00, but the coffee was room temp. Left over from the day before? Other Red Roofs I've stayed at have been fine, but not this one. I got a good deal on one of those hotel websites but regretted my choice afterward.
The good: When we checked in the clerk was very friendly. The room was clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable. Just wish we could have slept more, though.More
