We surprised my grandson at the end of our Disneyland vacation with a night at Legoland and 2 days in the parks. He is a huge Lego fan and this was a great way to end our vacation. He LOVED the hotel. Legos everywhere! The scavenger hunt was fun and having Legos in the pool was great too! The park was your typical theme park (from an adult perspective), but he (6 years old) LOVED the Lego theming. My favorite part was the MiniCities. Be sure to pick up aquarium and waterpark tickets. Absolutely worth those add-ons (oh, and the all day picture deal as well - lots of picture rides and characters)

Hi Kimberly S we appreciate you sharing this awesome review. All of us here are delighted to know that grandson loved staying at the Hotel and enjoyed the treasure chest and pool. We are also happy to know that you enjoyed his park visit as well. Our Master Model Builders will be very pleased that your favorite part of the park was Miniland. We thank you for choosing LEGOLAND California Resort as a way to end your family vacation. We do hope that you will visit with us again very soon.

Warm regards,

Tamara Thomas | Product Excellence Manageing Team

The parks itself were nice my 5 year old and 10 month old both had a blast. Although there sea life was kind of a joke. My kids had the most fun at the water park lots of things for kids to do.
The hotel was another story. I recommend all families to not stay here! On the second day of the trip our room was “cleaned” while we were at the park came back that night and our new clean sheets had blood on them, I complained to the manger who was not bothered at all and said housekeeping will come change the sheets. She was acting like this was a normal thing that happens at legoland hotel. Never staying there again!

Very positive experience. Weather was perfect and the place was clean. While we had to wait in lines for the different rides, the wait times were not bad.

Thought it would be suitable for our 12 year old grandson but were mistaken. Took two rides and gave up. The Models are very interesting

I have been here several times. Perfect for younger kids. I bought a hopper ticket with a free return trip. So we went on a Monday and Tuesday. Neither day was overly crowded . We did the Chima water park on Monday and there was plenty of chairs and space. I went to regular Lego land on Tuesday, and it was OK. You can bring in your own food and drinks, no glass bottles. Technically, according to signs, bigger wheeled coolers are no allowed. If it can be carried as a backpack then they allow it. Don't know why, that's what the staff said. So, to avoid hassles, get a wheel one with backback or shoulder straps to gt through the main gate, then put it down and use the wheels. A Legoland hack to be used to your advantage. Strollers of all sizes and shapes are allowed. We also ate at the pizza and pasta Buffett. It is free for kids with each paying adult after 5pm. It will save a few bucks and the food is very good.

Hello Thebigham7272,

Thank you for the positive review, we're glad the park wasn't too crowded during your visit with us. Our current cooler policy is a 12-inch span no matter the type of cooler. We appreciate you visiting and hope you will return again in the future. Have a great day.
