The worst Hilton of over 30 that I have stayed in around the world. As a platinum member I am used to the finest that the Hilton group can offer. This isn't it. Pompous front desk staff. $13 for a bottle of water and when looking at room service (Uber Eats was quicker) soup, pizza and a sandwich with one water and one tea was ... wait for it ... $100+
Platinum members worldwide get an upgrade (we got a balcony over a main road) free water, free breakfast and use of an executive floor/lounge. Not here. No free water, they don't have an executive anything and even though the Hilton app and website mentions a free breakfast you are told at check in that you get a $40 voucher instead. That just about covers an orange juice and a slice of toast.
Then to make matters worse, and after searching the room (and the balcony) for a tea coffee station there isn't one. A call to reception and you're told you have to order that too - free but milk is extra.
This hotel is old, tired and a rip off. They've used every trick in the book to fleece you. Not what modern hotel management is about at all.
The very last time we will stay here and my advice - spend your $350 a night elsewhere. You'll be hard pressed to do worse.More
