Nice place. Made it in right as they were winding down lunch. Service was fast and friendly and they had a couple vegan options on the lunch menu.

Thank TASunde

Four of us had a quick lunch which last two and a half hours. The place is in a strip shopping center with Starbucks, pizzeria, supermarket and neighborhood cleaners etc. place is nicely decorated, the waitress is very nice. We ordered three bentos and a poke. All came out good. Two item bento is $12.95; three item bento cost couple dollars more. I had two item with salmon teriyaki and spicy tuna rolls. Salmon sashimi and teriyaki chicken are good as well. Salmon poke is very flavorful with plenty of pokes

This is a cute little place in the Carlmont shopping center. It's not very big but they do have tables and chairs, a sushi bar and another counter looking out the window. The lunch special has soup, salad and rice with the choice of either two or three things. The soup was just warm but good. Everything we choose was good. The sushi was done good and the fish was fresh. I enjoyed the spider roll along with everything else. The meal was very reasonable. We would go back again so we could try some other things.

One friday night my family and i decided we would go out to dinner to celebrate the weeks accomplishments. We wanted sushi so we decided to tey Sushi Kuu in Carlmont shopping center. Upon walkin in wr should known. It is a tiny place,we were greeted in any way ,much less even acknowledged. After waiting 20 minutes we asked if we can just seat ourselves so we could get out of the way of the front door. She waved her hand ,no words and we sat. 10 min later we got up and got our own menus,we yhought this place is busy,it must be good. It took approx. An hour to order and get our food and the the order was incorrect. Instead of trying to get us the spicy tuna rolls we'd ordered, the waiter asked me what i wanted to do. "Im sorry id like a spicy tuna roll as i ordered." Then i warltched him take them off the plate place on another plate and put them infront of a couple sitting at the counter. I was appalled. Eventually our spicy tuna rolls came. They were horrific fishy and disgusting. I worried wed all get sick fome them. One of my kids really thought i was over reacting and wanted to try it.He did and had the same response. We will never go back or suggest this place. Many years ago when it was Narita we would frequent it. So sad to see it was a change for the worst.

Our favorite is the Chicken Teriyaki dinner. You get a very generous portion of chicken, rice, small salad and miso soup.
