Located close the the main Cox Bazaar beach this hotel has probably the best landscaped lawns and garden in the area. It's huge and has plenty of walking space immaculately maintained by the staff. Owned and managed by the Bangladesh Government as a part of the Bangladesh Touism Dept. It has an open Bar, rarely found in Bangladesh, and a private road to the beach.

The restaurant is huge and well decorated. The wooden ceiling gives the old Victorian look. The good is ok, nothing great but then one has to keep in mind the cost compared to similar private places in this beac resort.
The beach is well maintained and the shops are well placed and don't hinder your movements. Here are various types of transport so you're never at a loss. The main road is clustered with good hotels and eating places including KFC.
This is a budget hotel and to my mind a relatively good place to stay if youre on a budget.
