We visited this tourist attraction early @10am at the start of a bike tour and were the only tourists at the time.
The falls are very small and maybe better during the wet season. We took a few photos, walked up the path in the right (the falls are to the left as you face upstream), and then left.
We felt it unnecessary to be yelled that that we need a ticket when the guardian was not seated at the entrance but in her car some distance away. It's not expensive @ 3 Euro but we aren't sure if it's at all value especially if that's the cost for children too. We noted that there is no toilet at the site but there are good facilities along further (away from Casaletto) at a picnic area, where again signs noted a 3€ charge (which may be included in the one ticket price at the falls)
If you're in the area then ok to visit but we wouldn't travel too far to do so.
