We agree when people say the photos don't do this house justice if you like to feel part of the community then this house gives it all in abundance. We have just spent 10 days in this wonderful house, which is a mixture of tradition and modern with beautifully appointed bathrooms. The kitchen is a wow with is a range of gizmos, crockery and utensils enough to cater for an army. Then there is the lovely owner Miguel who would check from time to time to see if everything is ok, a true Spanish gentleman. The house itself is just a short stroll away from all the activities of the town but although the street and very narrow the location itself is quiet. There is the bonus of the twice weekly market with wonderful fresh produce straight off the local farms for those who like cooking, alternatively there are plenty of restaurants if you prefer eating out. Last but not least there is the beautiful scenery of the Pollença to explore either on a bike, car or foot, or just sunbath on the balcony overlooking the pool at house, Ca la pradina.

Having family in the town we are lucky enough to visit Pollenca about 5 times a year. We have stayed in numerous houses, this being the largest. The house has everything you would need, a real home from home, and having heating was ideal for those cooler March night. The pool area and terrace are very spacious and private, and the house itself has been renovated to a high standard. Miguel is a true gentleman and on-hand should you need anything or have any questions. In terms of value for money I think it is one of the best in town and I would definitely rebook to stay again.

The pictures do not do this place justice. A wonderful mix of traditional and modern with superb facilities. A glorious stroll to the beautiful town of Pollenca for breakfast, lunch, or dinner or a spot of shopping. Easy access to every part of Mallorca via rental car,public transport or bike. Stay here, you won't regret it. Miguel is a lovely man who is on tap for any problems or help but lets you stay in his lovely family home without intrusion.

Perfect place to stay near the heart of Pollensa, Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family and hope to revisit someday soon.
The owner Miguel is a font of knowledge and was very happy to provide advice to make our stay enjoyable. Ask him for directions to one of the real Spanish restaurants on the other side of town, definitely worth a visit for the ambiance and food, but don't expect fast service.
All in all a great holiday home in a great town run by lovely people.

This accommodation is excellent, in the centre of Pollensa old town and only 10mins to the beaches of Pollensa and Alcuidia. The pictures do not reflect how good this place is, it's fabulous, very spacious, good pool and roof terrace, wifi,satellite tv, lock up garage for bikes,everything you could need. The host Miguel is very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend this place highly enough
