“Great cottage”
Reviewed 29 June 2016 for a stay in June 2016

The old mill cottage was perfect for three couples, beautiful antiques but still had all the amenities you could ask for. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The gardens were beautiful with many different types of shrubs and vines. Cottage was spotless and well kept.

“Lovely place to stay!”

We (4 adults) spent a week in this gorgeous house. The house is quite large, with spacious bedrooms and nice fireplaces. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining room was very nice. We spent most of the time at home in the loungeroom by the fireplace. A great place to stay in Ireland for doing day trips.
Only negative was in the main bathroom the water pressure was a little low, and sometimes the water wouldn't get hot enough to shower comfortably.
Otherwise a great place in a cute town.
Highly recommend!

“Hospitality at its Best”
Reviewed 18 March 2015 for a stay in March 2015

I would like to say that this has been a wonderful house to stay in, from our initial phone call to confirm arrival time Jessie and Dick have gone out of there way to make our stay one to remember. On arrival we were met by Jessie who is is amazing, from all her helpful information to making us a lovely home cooked meal on St Patricks Day, taking my mum out to a concert, i dont know where she gets the energy from and Dick is always around working on the canal and mill and can occasionally be caught having an afternoon siesta
The cottage is ideal for those wanting a peaceful time listeninig to the flowing water nearby, village has pubs, shops, butcher and post office and is in easy distance from numerous attractions
All in all highly recommended,

“My last night and I don't want to leave!”
Reviewed 26 September 2014 for a stay in September 2014

This is my last night at the house. I can't remember a more enjoyable vacation. Key was waiting for us when we arrived. Jessie has been the most personable, friendly and knowledgeable host you can imagine. We wanted to go to Dublin and she told us about the bus from Limerick to Dublin which made the day much more relaxing. We took day trips to Dingle, Blarney Castle and Adare. I just don't want to leave.
