Nice stay without any problems. The location is very nice, in one minute you are in the center of the city. The owners are also very friendly and considerate. I can absolute suggest to visit Nafplio, one of the most beautiful cities in Greece.

Located just behind the main marina, in the picturesque alleyways, it's a great place to stay in Nafplio. I was delighted with the room and the staff were friendly. I got a chance to have a coffee with the owner, Vassilis who regaled me with stories of his grandfather who was a captain of a Kaiki in the 30's. While other reviewers have considered the offering basic, I loved it as it was authentic, good value for money and centrally located. If expectations aren't too high, you'll be pleasantly surprised!.

Great little hotel ideally situated in one of the most interesting and vibrant part of Nafplio. Our room with a small balcony overlooking the square was spacious, as was the bathroom. Concerning our particular bathroom / toilet however, a small window opening on the staircase (even if glazed with opaque glass !) didn't do much for privacy... if you get that room, don't forget to close the window ;)
Apart from the above oddity, we found the Latini Family Hotel to be great value for money and would happily stay there again :)

The hotel has an excellent location a few meters walk to the Syntagma square, the promenade, and the quaint streets of Nafplio. Our room was very clean with restful pastel colours and pleasant proportions. The staff was friendly, helpful and lovely. We will definitely recommend it to all our friends and family.

Good position, nice country interior design, clean. It's not really an hotel because of the lack of some of the customer service you could expect.
Noise from close clubs or people "partying" on the street can be very annoying (old window fixtures).
