We have been to this restaurant several times and every time the food has been good, and the service great. The menu is pretty good although occasionally the odd "main" is sold out, probably because the restaurant is popular.
On our last visit I had the pork chops, and these had been cooked on the BBQ and were terrific. They were also enormous - half the pig I should think!!!
My wife had a the Linguine with Shrimps and this was also a great meal. As with most Cretan tavernas there was a freebie starter which was very tasty and also a freebie dessert & Raki at the end of the meal. Our dessert the last time was "Kormos" which was homemade and fabulous.
The restaurant is good value for money and the ambience is also very nice. The waiter "Yannis" is great and the owner "Ireni" is also very pleasant and approachable.
We would recommend this restaurant.
