we just arrived from a 15hour drive to find there was no hot water running in the shower..they must check the rooms before booking people in..they must make sure everything is working...reception was helpful

Air conditioner needed service, easy chair needed new foam, people were smoking in their rooms, perhaps put smokers on a separate floor. Room was spacious, staff were friendly, price was very reasonable
Slept, ate and relaxed well so its adequate. Just the door wasn't that secure and had trouble opening it with the key.nice pool. Randburg mall is close by as well as a handy petrol station. I do recommend it.
Expected much more upon arrival and left quite disappointed. We stayed in the executive suite with extremely outdated, old and run down furnishings. Chairs and sofa were extremely dirty (due to age), telephone didn't work due to cut/broken wires in wall socket, poor wifi reception in room, no floor mats in bathroom, no soap in dispensers in bathroom and not sure if 9am has become the new deadline for breakfast in Gauteng - especially for tourists. Needless to say, we left without breakfast. It is evident the hotel is more focused on conferences and not accommodation or tourism.
Awesome service, very neat and clean. Meals were also wonderful and kitchen staff were also very helpful. Have a nice smoking area to accommodate the smokers. Friendly staff and room was comfortable and spacious.
Enjoyed my stay. Will definitely stay there again. I would recommend the establishment to anyone who needs to stay over in that area. Everything was superb and I can give my glowing recommendation today.
