Very bad food . Swimming pools are green and some of them are very weird color , like a salt bath is warm swamp without salt , dangerous. Nothing here like on their management photos . Everything unkempt and falling apart. Beautiful forest around .

Food and Beverage manager should lose his job and general manager just as clueless. Restaurants and food is a disaster. The poor front of house staff hang their heads in shame at the horrible food out of stocks. Nothing is fresh, it’s all oily and recycled frozen mess.

Beautiful hotel and great place to getaway from the city and I loved the spa treatment. And as much as we traveled with the kids we still got privacy and my kids love me it. Highlight kids club. Love

Although they are upgrading the access road, it is still a mess. The hotel is awesome and the staff friendly. The Spa treatments are not as expensive as others nearby, and a lovely experience. A bird lover paradise and also for those who do tree spotting. special zone for smaller children and many of the rooms/apartments have their own private hot water outdoor pools. variety of accommodation options and food is nice. We stared with buffet but by the end of the week there were only 2 small groups and we got a la carte menus. And some of the rooms actually have lights at the table for those of us who need to work!
