We really enjoyed the resort. It is conveniently located just outside the Ngorongoro conservation area so you only paid park fees for the days you are in while you can enjoy the lake Manyara or just enjoying the resort the other days. Excellent and accommodating hotel staff even, especially important when staying with 2 small kids.

I have stayed in this lovely lodge on my to Serengeti. It is a great place to stay. The rooms have all a living- and bedroom with a fireplace and at least a huge terrace with amazing view.
The atmosphere with the colonial style is very beautiful.
At nighttime the fireplaces were lit and a hot-water bag was in my bed.
I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I spent 2 nights at the Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge during our honeymoon and it was arguably the most beautiful destination we visited! The lodge overlooks a valley and has a clear view to the west for some spectacular sunsets. We watched the sunset by the pool one evening, and then on our private back porch with a glass of red wine the second night.
The lodge is extremely well kept and manicured, the staff is beyond accommodating and friendly, and the food is out of this world good! Each meal comes with a bread bowl that contains a plethora of delicious breads and treats. The rooms are spacious and gorgeous - the living room and the bedroom each have a fire place. One of the nights we asked the staff to make us a fire and it made for a perfect end to the a great day. Each night, the staff places a hot water bottle in your bed, just for extra warmth - it was a great touch! I would recommend this lodge to anybody traveling as a couple or with a family!

This place was unbelievable. You stay in a beautiful, massive hut. There is a living room, bedroom, and huge deck. The view is amazing. There is a nice pool deck with an infinity pool. There is a waiter to bring snacks and drinks while lounging. The food was very good as well. We were leaving very early in the morning before breakfast started and the employees got up early to serve us breakfast before we left. The rooms were very nice. There was a special pillow menu where you could select the kinds of pillow that you wanted. There were choices such as lavender, jasmine, feather, etc. Very nice touch. All in all, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone. Thank you so much to the staff for making us feel like royalty during our stay!

We loved this hotel from the moment we arrived. Our lodge was amazing - there were two rooms, one lounge area and the other a bedroom with plenty of lounge seating. It was so spacious that after our game drives, we couldn't wait to come back to our lodge. The hotel was quiet at the time of the year we went (October), so the restaurants were quiet, however the food was nice and the chef was happy to prepare my husband vegetarian options not on the menu. The staff were lovely and helpful. The only negative is that our lodge was cold and even when the fires were lit, it was only warm for a short while - I would recommend taking a jumper or two to keep you warm. Overall we were really happy with our stay and would love go to back one day!
