Spacious rooms, AMAZING view at the very top, peaceful (despite its location in Moshi, we did not hear the road/street noise) and extremely kind staff. Very pro and secure, we left our stuff (heavy camera gear for safari) safely with them as we spent the week on the mountain, no problem. Food was good -albeit a slow service but hey, TIA- and swimming pool side was lovely.

A perfect experience before the climb, upon airport arrival for resting and resourcing, and equally great after the climb for replenishment, showering and bathing, and relaxation. Absolutely loved the three nights I spent here. Again, can't emphasise enough the staff's kindness and warmth.

Thank you thank you thank you Parkview Inn for your hospitality.

If you plan to climd Kili; do a safari or combine several trips, this is the place for you. Excellent location; a short walk to downtown; money exchanges and restaurants. The staff are excellent, the restaurant is great and it is the only hotel with a swimming pool. Susan on the front desk went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable; Nurema, the hotel public relations and who's family history goes back several generations was a wealth of information and again went out of her way for us. #1 hotel in Moshi

Room tip: location, big rooms, clean and great views from the terrace rooftop and a swimming pool

Parkview hotel is a nice hotel in Moshi used primarily by tourists going or returning from climbing Kilimanjaro or a safari. Not that the neighborhood feels or is unsafe but the hotel is very secure with an iron gate and 24/7 security, I've noticed a couple times on my way to my room some individuals trying to get my attention and sell me some nic-nacs, nothing unusual to tourist destinations. The lobby is spacious and the front desk is always armed by charming and sweet young ladies ready to help you in any way they can. Agatha was there a few times when I had questions and needed help with my laundry, she was really terrific. The grounds are well kept and beautifully landscaped. The hotel as its own restaurant and gives you the choice of eating inside a formal dining room, outside tables or even by the attractive large pool. Relatively quiet place but you must know, the hotel floats with the rhythm of prayer time of the mosque near by, personally I found it soothing except maybe for the 5:06 morning prayer that day - lol. They offer a fast laundry service that is quite useful after spending a week on the mountain like I did. The rooms are clean, spacious but simple. All beds of course comes with mosquito nets, my bathroom was spacious and the shower could hold 4 People! The water came out steaming hot with descent pressure. The rooms all have a small private safe. I was very happy with my stay at the Parkview hotel, I received above average service and recommend this place to anyone wanted to stay in town for a few days.

Jambo!

Evans Adventure and Safaris booked our stay at the Parkview Inn for our adventure. I have to say, I was very Happy with our experience here. The staff was so welcoming and helpful! It is a very beautiful hotel with an amazing view of Mt. Kilimanjaro! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautiful! They have the nets to protect from bugs! Which, we never had an issue with anyway, but it was nice to have. The food here is delicious too! Besides the fresh fruit that i always devoured, the fries and chicken pizza were my favorite! Really great atmosphere with great people!

I would definitely come back, and hope too again in the future!

My favorite of Parkview Inn, is the view you get on the top deck looking at that beautiful mountain. Its captivating! My last day, i woke up early in the morning to sit up there by myself. I sat in their swing, staired at Kili, listening to the roosters and children singing from school. It was beautiful and ill never forget it. =)

Asante sana for the Hospitality, Parkview!

We stayed at there for two nights before our safari trip and it was good. The reception was good too with enough security for our luggage. Also we enjoyed a little WI-FI in the reception, however in the rooms it could not work but all in all everything was good as the rooms appearance was conducive.
It's a good hotel at all.
