I really enjoyed the ambiance of the place. Sea sand floor, big fire cooking meats and roosterbrood, and an old boat in the corner for kids to climb all over. We had boerewors roosterbrood, lamb hot pot, and curry mince and rice. All meals were good. They make the best roosterbrood in my opinion. The only slightly weird thing was red jam with cheese, I understand the jam and cheese combination but surely peach or apricot rather? Overall a great experience. We got great weather but could be a bit difficult when the wind is up. Good Glenhoff on tap as well.
