Plan on driving long distance but a great place for views and beautiful pool. Restaurant and entertainment was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable and loved the hot tub in room. Canoes were available to use at no cost.

cabins where we stayed were clean and comfortable. staff knowledgeable and friendly.surrounding grounds well maintained.on site Dick's Pizza good comfort food. friendly wait servers(ask for Tabitha).no need to overload snacks or grocery items.food store minutes away.short road trips for those who cannot take the quiet time.seemed to be enough activity for kids in summer.

Room tip: adequate tv for viewing. cabin equipped for any and all degrees of fixing a meal.simple or gourmet. towels on request anytime.

If you want to get away from just about all civilization /city living. Then this the place to do it. Plan to keep yourself entertained in the cold months as the lake is the thing to do at this resort. Would have liked if the unit we had provided a fireplace. That's nice to have in a log cabin setting.

We stayed in a one bedroom cabin. The living area, dinning and kitchen was all together. The living area had a very comfortable couch and nice size flat screen TV. The dinning table was too big which made the kitchen very cramped.. The bedroom was rather small and the bed (which was very comfy) filled up the room, The bathroom was very tiny. No room for a lady to place all her necessities along with mine. It had a huge porch which we shared with adjoining cabin (like a duplex). There were rocking chair to sit in and enjoy the lake view and feed the squirrels. It was nice and quiet and relaxing. Each cabin had it's own router for wi-fi, but cell reception was spotty. There was a good restaurant on the grounds. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information on places to go and things to do. There was live entertainment most every night (singers and a magic act). The was a boat ride around the lake and a lot water activities available. We were a little early for the foliage. We need to go the latter part of October. We had a nice time in spite of two days of rain.We would go back again. Hope this helps to let you know about Crown Lake Resort.

As I read before going there wasn’t a lot around to do. We went for a relaxing getaway and it was just that. The staff was extremely nice. We had no issues other than no rec center and flat basketballs. So BYOBB (basketballs)

Thank you for your review. Sorry about the basketball thing but the Rec Center has several pumps for the balls but keeping good basketballs around the court has become a real difficult thing to do! Anyway, we are happy that you were able to have a relaxing getaway.
