A well located stop over on the NC 500. The room was standard but comfortable, it was clean and had the usual facilities and extras, able to park directly outside your room so easy to move suitcases. It was quite at night so a good sleep. The restaurant had a good menu with a reasonable choice, prices were average, the food was well prepared and hot. A good choice from the bar. The owner was very friendly and chatty.

Room tip: Book the restaurant as it gets busy.

Clean Motel with an Owner that was very friendly and helpful, with reasonably priced food and drink. The rooms were comfortable although a bit dated and it was a bit strange having the wash hand basing in the bedroom! Plenty of parking. Wasn't happy that they made a mistake with our breakfast in the morning and gave it to another couple. The couple realised after poking about with it with their cutlery. They spoke to owner who showed it to us and I confirmed it was ours but said I would not accept it due to covid etc. He agreed and took it away bringing our breakfast out some 5 minutes later. Also in a good location not to far away from the main area of Ullapool. Following all the covid guidelines. Would recommend .

Room tip: Book early and avoid Wednesday nights as the restaurant is closed.

Tiny box room.
No sink in bathroom and no working lock on door. Bath mats where paper!
Served £17 pizza in a cardboard box.
Put extra £5 charge on my card without prior notification as to why. Don’t stay here.

Stayed here one night . The rooms are typical no frills motel rooms, but clean and comfortable, with parking right by your door. Dog friendly too .Owners very helpful. You can walk down into town along the river from here . For us it had the advantage of being in the Good Beer Guide , with a couple of yummy beers to choose from . We’d definitely stay here again .

This motel is a short walk from town and the sea.
The rooms are cosy making full use of the space. Its quite seven with the pub next door which offers a full restaurant service with indoor and outdoor tables.
Friendly and helpful staff
