Beautiful and Stylish place, room was spotless with lots of extra touches such as a fridge in the corridor. Nice area downstairs too for relaxing, books and records too. Also amenities provided in the dining area if you wanted to have a takeaway meal.

We had such a wonderful time at Westlea Guest House. The place is decorated with fantastic art and creative touches everywhere. Breakfasts were amazing. Best of all is the gracious hospitality offered by Terry and Shirley. This was my second stay here. I will be back again!

This was our second stay at Westlea - it will not be our last. Spotlessly clean, Terry and Shirley have done everything to be COVID safe and secure. The dining room is socially distanced and can be used to bring back takeaways to in the evening - they provide everything needed such as microwave, plates, cutlery etc and you can bring your own drink. Westlea is beautifully designed and the lounge is a calming place to hang out. Bedrooms are spacious and well designed and have lovely views. Excellent location - walkable to all restaurants (most are doing takeaway after 6pm) and Tesco is just around the corner. We would highly recommend you stay here - it is a great base.

Not sure I can add much to what others have said, but we had two great nights, in a lovely room with beautiful views.

Given the current problems with restaurants in Scotland the breakfast area is lovely to eat a takeaway in, and there is lots of options.

There is even a microwave if you really want to get a heat and eat from Tesco (about 2 mins walk away).....but there are much better options also in walking distance.

Superb breakfast, great sitting area, and Covid safe. 2 mins from the Stornaway ferry.

If we find ourselves in Ullapool again, I would definitely stay again.

Spent two nights at this very well appointed Guest House. The whole experience from start to finish was delightful. Our room was very well fitted out .There were some carefully thought out refreshments. Not your usual just tea bags ,coffee sachets and a couple of biscuits etc. A nice touch ,which demonstrates just how valued you are as individuals ,by Terry and Shirley.
The breakfasts are varied ,high quality, with numerous options to suit all tastes. Easy walking distance to restaurants.
All in a most enjoyable stay . Would highly recommend.
