Couldn't fault Wickham House from the start of our weekend away it was excellent.
The welcome pack was greatfully accepted. Everything needed was supplied and could not fault the quality of accommodation.

To Rod, Heather and Harry.Thank you for a splendid review and for the suggestion of a "grab Rail" in the shower. This is being installed as we speak AND one over the bath. No expense spared.
Best wishes and hope to see you again in the future.
Regards Peter and Louise.

“Great location surrounded by beautiful countryside”
Reviewed 14 October 2017 for a stay in June 2017

We stay at Wickham House every year arriving in June travelling from Queensland Australia. In 2018 we will be returning for our seventh consecutive stay! I think that fact itself speaks volumes regarding the quality of this property and it's location. The owners Peter and Louise live onsite at the main house next door and are always on hand should any issues arise. For example this year a power cut affected the district and took out the wifi, however, this was swiftly rectified once power had been restored to the property. It is this level of service by the owners, provided in a friendly and helpful manner that makes us return time and time again from the other side of the world!

Hello Phil and Sue, thank you for a great review, we do try hard to provide for the needs of our guests however a major power cut comes under the heading of "unforeseen events", I am pleased that we could rectify the situation quickly once power had been restored.
Should you choose to visit us next year you would be more than welcome.
In the meantime we hope you remain fit and well.
Very best wishes Peter and Louise.

The spacious accommodation was excellent with fantastic views over the countryside. Peter and Louise made us feel at home and they provided everything you would need for a short or long stay. The welcome hamper was a very pleasant surprise. If you are looking for a quiet and restful stay then I would recommend this accommodation located in beautiful countryside.

“Excellent place to stay”

We had a three night stay at Wickham House. It's in a lovely quiet village just a short drive from Market Harborough. Lovely views of farmland pasture from one window and garden view from the patio window. The annexe catered for every need and the owners were on hand if there were any queries. A welcome pack of groceries meant shopping was not needed. The bed was extremely comfy and en-suite facilities superb. Everything you could possibly need was in the kitchen. The sofas in the lounge were very comfy there is Satellite TV and Wifi to enjoy too.
We were sorry we were only there for three nights.
