Visited it with my boyfriend and loved the unique pieces there. Has dresses from 1700s. Has lingerie from the 1930s and outdoor wear too. The tea room serves great tea too!

I had previously visited the museum, but this time merely dropped by for a cup of coffee and a slice of cake. Very good, and excellent value for money.

An interesting display of costumes of styles gone by presented to a high standard. A coffee shop on site providing refreshments combined with a shop selling books on costume styles and accessories.

A lovely little museum, a very warm welcome from the volunteers and lots of information given. A fascinating collection.

It is a fantastic museum to visit if you are into period costumes. Great for students learning or studying fashion. The museum has an upper floor which is not accessible to buggies or wheelchair (at least that's what the situation when i last visited with my young girl). There is a cafe upstairs that leads to an exit door towards 'The Plocks Road'.
