Lovely, very well equipped apartment and very comfortable. Sandra and Roger were lovely host making the warmest of welcomes. Myself and partner will return again as it was such a beautiful perfect quick break.

The electric metre was Exspensive to run we had to put £6in for a two day stay,i never ever had to pay for electric anywhere ive stayed.there was a lot of clutter ever where, old tomato sauce on the side and old tea bags, the bath cost £1 to heat up but it was a tiny bit of water.everything was run by electric, not good.
when we ran the bath the bathroom looked like a sauna, water running down the walls, and that was with the window open.the room had two electric heaters in it but one only worked at once cos of the thermostat cut the other one out! .bed not good neither, very small double.the building was clean thou.

I can not believe how vindictive some people can be over putting £6 in the meter that is already subsidised by the owners. Your wife had already written the previous review for the same weekend.
The radiator you had set at 26degrees, no wonder the thermostat cut in. Also when a bath is run, ourselves always open the window to let the steam out and prevent condensation building up. I know full well that the bathroom window was not opened an inch and to make it worse the blind was also pulled down.
We try our best to think of everything, but "there is nowt queerest than folk"

We have had installed a new state of the art German radiator, you paid 12p an hour for all etectric, hot water, fires and cooking.
The condensation only in the bathroom was because the window was not opened to air it and the heated towel rail was turned off by yourselves
With regards to the tray in the kitchen, this has been much appreciated by guests, not having to buy cooking oil, vinaigrette etc. The tea bags are topped up after every visitor, so that quests can make a cup of tea when they arrive.
We leave shower gel sachets and shampoo in unopened condition in the bathroom for quests that forget toilettrees again it has been appreciated
We pride ourselves on the apartments cleanliness which we would expect ourselves,

“A comfy hideaway”

Rosan was located a fair and very hilly walk to the centre of Lyme Regis but a 'park and ride' passed the house a couple of times daily which was great. The annex was very well equipped and comfortable and had a sitting area outside. Lyme Regis was smaller than we imagined and quite congested but we enjoyed walks along the coast and it was fascinating to see and learn more about the fossils. Great crab sandwiches!!

Thank you for your kind remarks in my visitors book
The town would have been busy due to the lovely weather and the kids Half Term. However visitors can leave their car here and we have the advantage of the local bus stopping outside the door.
You are more than welcome to stay again

“Cosy and comfortable”
Reviewed 26 September 2016 for a stay in September 2016

Well equipped, very comfortable, home from home. We had a lovely weekend there; shame we couldn't have stayed longer. I am sure we will return. Ideal for exploring Lyme Regis and surrounding area.
