Hello

Just had a lovely meal in this restaurant with my family. Overall we all enjoyed the food in his friendly restaurant.

The feelings were that the food was good but not enough, half of us contemplated to go for chips after as we were still peckish.

The staff were ultra friendly and attentive - they fixed a hair in food movement instantaneously so full marks to them. I must say I think the prices were a bit steep and felt like London prices.

Go to the restaurant you won’t be disappointed.

When visiting Lyme Regis we ate here twice. It is a modern restaurant with a spacious interior. The staff is very friendly and attentative. The menulist is large and has a lot of variation. Also many vegetarian options. Serving is quick. The food is delicious.

Really tastey food with vegan options and a bug menu, the inside had some cool decorations and you could see the chefs cooking on the way in which is always a good sign! The food tasted really fresh

We called here and asked if there were any tables free. There are two parts to the restaurant, the first just as you walk in , then another part further inside . The waitress asked if we had booked and as we hadn't she said we could sit in the front part. It was a bit cold as the door was open and there was a breeze coming in off the sea. There were only two tables occupied in the back part and this was still the case when we were leaving. We had a mixed starter followed by massaman curry and duck in orange sauce. I thought the starters which were all deep fried were overcooked and were nothing special to be honest. The duck was bland and didn't have much taste to it. There certainly wasn't any hint of orange or ginger, the massaman was tasty but wasn't hot enough. Drinks were 4.95 for a beer and 2.95 for a j20. People kept walking in fr the seafront and using the toilet without asking as the ones on the seafront were closed. It became quite annoying. I would say the food was just average. The starters were like those from a supermarket and just bland.I have had much nicer Thai meals than this. It was just ok.

We have enjoyed the good quality food and the friendly staff at Largigi's over the last few years but the recent very high price hike has meant that it is no longer good value It may now be the most expensive cream tea in Lyme Regis at £30 for four people !
