The photos don't do it justice, better spec and more spacious than we expected. in an excellent position for access to the beach and coast path, - literally yards away. Fantastic kitchen and bathrooms and very comfortable beds. No problems with parking as we were the only ones on the complex! Very peaceful this time of year.
Everything you need for your stay, except a chopping board!, and the only very slight negative was that the outside lights were not working but a good torch was provided so didn't bother to report it. An excellent out of season rental and very dog friendly as well as a perfect base for the Padstow Xmas festival which is highly recommended.

What a superb rental, perhaps rental under describes puffins..a beautiful home from home ,luxurious and everything you could ask for when on holiday and more..little shop 50yds away ,food van and a quiet beach, everthing you need...10 minutes drive from pad stow and 20 from Newquay.....THE DOWN SIDES..for all puffins commands a lovely view we spent most evenings looking at the side of a Mercedes four wheel drive and a van that owned a property further up the road which also meant we couldn't park on our drive, the road being quite narrow..the attitude seemed to be they owned there's and we were just renters ,so tough...the access road to tryarnon bay and puffins is extremely narrow,we have a four wheel drive and trying to pass oncoming vehicles requires very tentative manoeuvring ,usually ending up a bank going through the bushes.....the downsides don't reflect on puffins itself it's phenomenal in decor and fittings,John Lewis labels everywhere ...one little niggle, the welcome pack,in a thousand pound a week property I didn't expect the it to resemble what the previous tenant had left!!a pint of milk in a four pint container,a new unopened one Pinter would have been nicer.half a dozen tea bags an egg cupful of coffee isn't consistent with the property quality or cost neither was the clumps of hair under two of the beds
