“Fabulous!”
Reviewed 28 March 2015 for a stay in March 2015

This is probably the best self catering accommodation we've ever stayed in! The cottage is perfectly situated just off a quiet street overlooking a courtyard, but only a few minutes walk down to the harbour. Parking is at a premium in Padstow, so the parking space was especially appreciated. The cottage is fantastically well equipped with all sorts of little extras that you don't often get in self catering places and super fast broadband too! It's beautifully decorated, very cosy (especially with the wood burner in the bedroom) and immaculately clean. It was reassuring to know that the (very helpful) owner only lives 5 minutes away in the unlikely event of a problem. We had a wonderful stay, thanks Neil!

“Perfect in every way”
Reviewed 30 December 2014 for a stay in November 2014

Perfect in every way! Cosy, warm and inviting. A very comfy bed and also very well equipped for what is essentially a one up one down. Downstairs you have a living space with a small dining table and kitchen. There is everything you would need to cook and eat a meal. Best of all was the wood burner (gas) which heated the room in no time at all and was easy to use. There is also a TV (with Sky), DVD player and I-pod docking station. There is a selection of DVDs on the bookcase in the communal area too. Upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom (with toiletries). Close proximity to the harbour – less than a five minute walk – we didn’t use the car the whole time we were in Padstow (three days) and left it in the space next to the cottage. Can’t recommend this highly enough. Would always stay here when back in Padstow.

“Wonderful Cottage great location with car parking”

Just spent a week staying at the Inglenook Cottage with my wife, with my son staying in the adjacent Driftwood Room at Althea B & B. Wonderful quaint cottage with all mod cons. Location is excellent and includes a car parking space. 4 minute walk to Padstow Harbour. Excellently fitted out and well designed, comfortable bed, gas fire if needed in living room, sky tv and wifi. Driftwood equally nice with sitting area, double bed and ensuite. Booking and payment process all went to plan and Neal met us on arrival and showed us around. Absolutely fantastic time and fully intend to return.

“Perfect cottage.”
Reviewed 27 June 2014 for a stay in June 2014

Inglenook cottage is bright, clean, very well equipped and in a great location in Padstow.
Having the parking space was very convenient too.
We had such an enjoyable, relaxing week in early June, and will definitely be going back.

“Cosy & Romantic Hideaway”
Reviewed 22 April 2014 for a stay in April 2014

This cottage is perfect for a couple, it is small but there's plenty of room for two people.
Even though it is fairly open plan, it is really warm and cosy, especially with the fire on.
Thanks for the lovely touch of the Easter bunnies that greeted us on arrival, as well as milk, biscuits, water, tea & coffee, spice rack, salt & pepper etc. It really is very well kitted out. There's a dishwasher, washing machine and a freezer section at the top of the fridge which is handy for ice blocks.
There's a nice big bathroom, loads of hot water and gorgeous fluffy towels.
The bed is comfortable and the whole house is tastefully decorated, uncluttered, seaside chic. It is also nice and clean.
There is also a lovely little patio area that catches the sun in the late afternoon.

The location could not be better. It's extremely convenient for the centre of Padstow, our car didn't move from the parking space (it is fantastic to have a dedicated space, especially right outside the front door) and it took less than 5 minutes to get to the quay front.
Other real assets are that the Wifi is excellent and there is Sky TV so we watched a couple of movies. There's even a little table to have a meal.
If I had to give any improvement feedback it would be to suggest somewhere to lock up our bikes but this is a minor point.
This cottage is absolutely wonderful and we will definitely be back!
