Lovely house with more space than I anticipated and well equipped with a dryer and airing cupboard being a positive bonus for those wet days. The 3 bedrooms are all en suite and a good size. The views across the estuary are simply stunning. Just a few minutes walk from the harbour area, the Camel Trail and not forgetting Rick Stein's Deli, it is conveniently situated. Comfortable chairs, views and good food, we couldn't help but start to unwind! It is always a risk booking somewhere unknown but we were delighted with this property and it was nice to know that we could contact the owners in the unlikely event that there were any problems.

We stayed for 3 nights for my Mums Birthday , the accomodation was 1st class and the attention to detail was perfect. The views were amazing , and being so central to the fishing village was great. The Old Custom House served good food and had a great atmosphere. We highly recommend the Ferry across to Rock as well.

From the minute you enter the house you can admire the stunning views
The house itself is very well equipped and maintained throughout inside and outside
It has 3 double bedrooms 2doubles and one twin all with enquire facilities
The kitchen and dining area on the ground floor and the living room on the top floor
We stayed for a long weekend in September and the weather was great so we enjoyed a Bbq in the garden.
Padstow town centre is only a short stroll.
We truly loved the place and we'll definitely return. Next time for longer.

This is a great base in an excellent location. The house was very impressive, both the decor and the relaxing view. Even our teenage children were impressed! The owners contacted us during the stay to make sure everything was ok, and we met them on the last day as we were leaving - very friendly.
Highly recommended.

This property was one of the best that we have ever stayed in. The house was beautifully equipped and decorated with all the equipment /utensils that you might need. The parking was great as Padstow can be a nightmare and it was only a very short walk down to the harbour.
The owners had left a bottle of sparkly for us and some milk in the fridge - both very welcome! On top of that, Dianne called on the first evening to make sure everything was ok.
A real jem of a find - will def be back!
