Description: The Ffolkes has been lovingly refitted and restructured with a £2m investment during early 2017. Think Poldark, think pewter, copper, Hessian, leather, soft velvet, and rustic wood. We have taken down barriers and let in the light to create a comfortable open space with nooks and crannies to suit even the most discerning of travellers. Join us from 7am through to 9pm for all-day dining. We are positioned on the main A149 Lynn Road, 3 miles from Sandringham Norfolk with a large free car park to the rear.

We were disappointed that the nice country inn we had visited many times before had been replaced with tables that were stressed and scruffy, which were elbow to elbow with the dinner next to you, even the pictures on the wall had holes in them. When the food arrived we were not impressed the chargrill chicken with so called dauphinoise potatoes that were terrible, the vegetables were not cooked.
It was a very disappointing experience and we shall not be going back.

We went with family and the kids loved the outdoor playground. I have the cheese and bacon burger which is close to the best burger I’ve had in England, it was cooked perfectly. The chunky chips were crispy and fluffy inside. The rest and a Brie and bacon sandwich, fish finger sandwich with the chips and a side of onion rings that were amazing. The kids loved the ice cream after the meal prompting us to have chocolate delice and rocky road sundae for dessert. All in all a good value for money meal.

We stopped on way to Norwich from Peterborough. Very nice place friendly, helpful staff. I had rack of ribs very tasty and messy - was brought a finger bowl. Enquiries about dogs. They are allowed in bar and restaurant and they even have 3 rooms available where dogs can stay. Part of Norfolk passport which I joined on line while there and saved 10% with card on my phone. Shame it was so far from our holiday cottage would go there again

After hearing of the new revamp we wanted to try the new ffolkes out after it being such a fantastic place to dine years ago.
Very impressed at the new layout and decor but the food is on par with a Wetherspoons, bland.
When reading the food description it sounds lovely until it turns up and for the price definitely not worth the money.
The staff are friendly but other than one person over 20 it’s ran by teenagers which can’t have the experience to run such a place.
Everyone’s meals were all uninspiring and the drink prices are horrendous.
On the plus side the kids play area is superb but defo not enough to return to dine, maybe have a drink in way back from coast but that’s it!
Very disappointed to be totally honest
, which is a shame

The breakfast was very good and freshly cooked. The service was excellent. We only had the main breakfast and coffees and juice although we could also have take muffins. Good place to start out a long journey.
