Firstly the rides were great and plenty to do there. BUT i would suggest not to take expensive footwear such as crocs for example as ours were stolen. We came across at least 4 families that had also had their crocs stolen aswell, staff were not too friendly when we approached for help about the crocs. The park was very overcrowded heavy ques for every ride. Overall we had a great time on the rides but very disappointed with the theft of our footwear.
We did the All inclusive day and it was absolutely fantastic!
Didn’t wait for longer than 10 mins for a ride.
Got in with plenty of time to get lockers and towels. Got a nice place on the beach.
Food and drinks were included, not crisps or chocolate though. Food was lovely, lots of choice.
The day was fantastic. Thanks!
Positives: rides are excellent, both my kids loved it. Food at the Thai buffet was good if confusing as the people cooking also serve. If you have all day you will get value for money. Kids wanted to go again.
Negatives: the process for getting in is APPALLING. No signage, fast passes and lockers run out almost immediately, our line stopped because the person checking the QR code had their PC die on them, meaning people who got there much later got a locker earlier. Lifeguards are rude (one constantly asking people about their weight). Girls when you are lining up for a locker key just yell at you to use a different locket but don't direct you. Signage is unclear and in some cases just wrong. Forced to have a photo taken when you enter and they keep your finger prints!
We arrived at 8.30am 2 adults, 14 and 11 year old via taxi having read previous reviews to say get there early. There was already large queues for the prepaid tickets queue. Although the park says it opens at 10am it actually opened at 9am, the slides open at 10am. The buying tickets on the door line was shorter. We asked for fast passes at the entrance and were told to go to a shop to buy these. In our opinion these are essential during busy periods like summer holidays if you want to get all the slides done. €28 each, you get a wristband and they tick off when you have used the fast pass queue for that ride. Only one it doesn't cover is Tower of Power. We got beds and locker by the wave pool once securing fast passes at one of the shops. Aqua shoes are handy for hot , hard floors you cant wear sliders or flip flops on the slides.Large lockers were $5. Queued up for first slide at 10am so didn't have to use the fast pass straight away. All the slides are at the top of fairly steep hills Used the lazy river which I didn't find particularly enjoyable as it was rammed with people as expected, hardly room to move the rings and not much of a current so I kept getting stuck. Eventually got round to the rapids queue ( or you can continue on) only did one trip round as it took ages and wasn't worth it! Nice selection of food buffet style as not supposed to take food in for snacks and lunch. We were there until 5pm. If you arrive at 10am on busy days you will struggle to get a sunbed and likely fast passes will be sold out! Overall had a great day got all the slides done and spent some time relaxing at the wave pool. Definitely worth a visit!
Initially a little apprehensive having read reviews about long queues etc. Visited on a Sunday with our 14 year old and 3 year old and both had an amazing time! Some tips we found useful....
Arrive early! We arrived at 9.10am and parked next to the entrance. Only a 10min wait to get into the park with our prepaid tickets. They've worked out that people don't want to to have photos on entry so despite us cutting into the little path to avoid them, they had another photo area waiting! We politely declined and they didn't push it upon us! Arriving early meant there were plenty of sun loungers in Siam Beach (wave pool) area but the queues were big for the lockers. We were able to hold back from queuing until it had gone down as I stayed in the wave pool area with our 3 year old whilst my husband and oldest daughter set off for the slides.
Fast Passes - well worth it for my husband and 14 year old and we purchased these in the gift shop on the floating island area just after you enter the park...they sell them in a lot of the shops but it's not clearly advertised as to where to go! We were worried they'd run out as we'd read this on reviews but they had plenty as we'd arrived so early. The fast pass was mainly used in the afternoon as during the morning the queues weren't as long as an anticipated so my husband and daughter were able to 7 of the slides in a couple of hours. The longest they queued near the end of the day without the fast past was 40mins. Overall, they were able to 15 slides across the entire day including time in the wave pool and the Lost City to entertain the 3 year old with me for a little bit.
Food etc - lots of shops and food areas especially next to Siam beach...be prepared for the madness at lunchtime (around 1pm was chaos inside with people not knowing which way to follow the system - not staffs fault). Food was good...good choices but pricey. We took plenty of snacks at the bottom of our bag and noone questioned us. We also froze a huge bottle of water which we drank through the day as we couldn't find a water fountain to refill. Soft drinks are around €3-5 depending on what you get.
Be prepared with the highest factor, long lasting suncream and sun safe tops etc as although there are shaded areas, it's very open and hot in the summer sun! They sell waterproof pouches for phones and we didn't need to take water shoes off for any of the rides which we'd read previously. If your travelling in a pair, be prepared to share floats with others as lots of the rides were for groups of 4.
Overall, we had a fabulous day! Staff were great - polite and very helpful!
