“Great sculpture by Local Artist Hank Kaminsky”

World Peace Fountain

Attraction details
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

This massive bronze sphere is covered with the word “Peace” in many different languages and fonts. Water flows from the top over the sculpture and into the pool below. Kids (and adults) love to reach out and touch the work and feel the cool water. You can actually rotate the sculpture if you can get a grip on a letter. Don’t fall in though!

We stopped by while visiting the Farmers Market on the square. It is a very relaxing place to stop rest for a few minutes, enjoying the sound of the water.

It was under repairs when we visited. The actual fountain was beautiful with over one hundred languages for peace.
