From our first communication our hosts were very warm and welcoming.
English, French and German are spoken which was very helpful.
The very lovely housekeeper was nearby and had loads of good tips and was generally very helpful and nice.
The estate was very close to the village of Saignon but not really close enough to walk to but very quick in the car, the village is very rustic and beautiful with a good selection of restaurants and a very good bakery.
The estate is beautifully rustic and as soon as we arrived we instantly had a good feeling, surrounded by fields of Lavender which you can smell even when not in full flower must have added to the relaxed ambience of the place.
The cottage itself was beautifully appointed, simple and relaxed with everything well thought about.
We saw the owners from time to time and we felt very privileged to be able to share their well loved holiday home, we left feeling vey lucky that we had chosen Le Potager for our holiday and would love to go back one day.More
