Stayed here recently for one night with family and friends (total of three rooms). All in all the hotel was great and we would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. All the rooms and common areas of the hotel were very clean and fresh. We didn't use the indoor pool but it looked nice. Breakfast in the morning was decent with various breads and pastries, yogurt, scrambled eggs, waffle maker, etc. and was good enough to get us going. We did hear a couple loud trains during the night but it's certainly nothing to complain about as we understood when we booked that the hotel is very close to the Grand Canyon Railway, (as are most hotels in Williams).
The only blip was with an accessible room I had booked for my elderly mother. The room was not assigned properly at check-in, however, the person at the front desk quickly adjusted it. Unfortunately, the "accessible" room had a very high bed and did not have a walk-in shower as most accessible rooms do. The room had a regular tub/shower combo and accessible seemed to only mean extra handrails in the tub, lower pulls on the curtains and flashing light doorbell for the hearing impaired. A person with limited range of motion would not have been able to get into bed or into the shower unassisted. I probably should have talked to the front desk after seeing the room but we made do and she did find the room comfortable with assistance.
