This was a very pleasant stay, a cozy room with pool and hot tub available, convenient, with every amenity you could desire. Thor could not have treated us better, we were very delighted with his service. Super comfy bed, and a nice quiet atmosphere, good for relaxing while viewing a Sedona sunset, or a full moon rising, Our only regret is that we did not know how great it would be, otherwise, we would have booked an extra night or two! We will be back.

Room tip: There are no bad rooms! This place is awesome

In a city awash with tourists and the expected expensive accommodations this little motel provides basic, clean and friendly rooms. Our two queen room was amply sized with a desk, dresser, a smallish flatscreen TV, refrigerator, microwave, two occasional chairs and holder for one suitcase. An open shelf near the bathroom had plenty of room for hanging clothes and an iron and board. The bathroom is divided into a sink area with good counter space and a very small separate room with a shower/bath combo and a toilet. Lighting is just fair over the bathroom mirror and blinding in the shower room as the fan has a bright heat lamp.
The room has a powerful heat/AC unit under a window.
You park your car directly in front of your room; each room has a door to the outside.
They do have a pool and hot tub which we didn’t utilize.
The downsides: the decor is aging. The carpet and chairs are stained and one had ripped fabric( someone’s cat?)
They do allow pets. The bathroom floors and counters are old tiles with stained grout. The toilet seat is tiny because a larger one wouldn’t let the door close. The bathroom fan/heatlamp growls menacingly but does work.
There are a few power plugs in the main room but no USB ports. They provide a small continental breakfast you can take back to your room but we chose to walk just a block away to an excellent breakfast diner called the Coffee Pot. There’s also a Starbucks directly across the street. Many other restaurants are within easy walking distance as is a Whole Foods market.
If you’re in Sedona for the scenery and the shops and just need a clean comfortable place to stay without spending a fortune this works just fine.

you must have to pay for location here, because this was one step above the Motel 6, just your basic beds and decent bathroom, basically clean, but old and outdated. I just needed a place to stay for overnight, so good enough, but not worth $120. Sedona is so beautiful though, didnt matter.

Seems like a nice place to stay, if you are lucky enough for to have your reservation honored. Management called two days before arrival, told me they were over booked and summarily cancelled my reservation with no options/support other than giving me the phone number of a hotel that cost $95/night more. I have never had this happen in literally hundreds of hotel stays. Roll the dice on a reservation at your own risk.

My wife and I spent a week exploring Sedona and didn't have to break the bank. The Lodge was clean, and Thor and Blair were two of the nicest people. Very accommodating and when we return to Sedona, we will definitely stay with them again.

Room tip: We thought the rooms out front would be noisy from traffic, but it was amazingly quiet. Great sleep every night.
