The air conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine. If you want any sleep select another hotel. We finally manage to get to sleep at about 4am. My wife's a sound sleeper and even she couldn't fall asleep. A HUGE THUMBS DOWN

The website positions this property as a luxury Sedona resort. Its not. Its a motel 8 but more expensive. Instead of nice red rock views, we stared at a dumpster in a parking lot. Rooms are small and very outdated. The shower had a water pressure restrictor. Check in is at 4pm and they are knocking on your door at 11am to tell you to get out. The staff is stuffy and act as if they are operating a high end luxury hotel.

We were there for a wedding at their venue. It was nice to be staying on the grounds to walk to our rooms. Since we had lots of family and friends staying there with the wedding code, it seemed that they kept our rooms fairly close which made the shared balcony on the top floor super nice to easily hang out and spend time together. We were just there in May and not thrilled that there are still Covid restrictions but the hotel is doing what they have to do. We were very comfortable with their efforts, just wish it wasn't still necessary as we were coming in from Ohio and all who want to be vaccinated have been so we are anxious for everyone else to get to that comfortable status too. Otherwise, the only minor negative was that they could use a larger pool area as we like to lounge around and there wasn't enough lounge chairs...or room for them...but we made due and really enjoyed the area.

The hotel is beginning to show wear, even after the renovations. The price is way too high for what you get. The pandemic has taken a toll on this hotel. I hope management will take a hard look at what they are offering and revise their plan

We paid almost $600 for this terrible place. The rooms were described as “recently renovated” however there was nothing renovated about the room. First of all when we got to the room it was 80 degrees inside, the refrigerator didn’t work (or barely worked), there was MOLD in the bathtub, part of the ceiling was falling down in the shower, the light switches didn’t work, the pool was not even close to a resort style like they described it and the pool water was GREEN. The location is great as is the view. But that’s all. 0/10. OH and breakfast was cereal (which was already running low 20 min in), bagels (with no toaster), yogurt, granola bars, and oatmeal.
