My husband and I just returned from a 4 night babymoon getaway at Sanctuary. We had the best time and felt that every penny was worth it!

Keith and Edgar were very helpful at changing our room after the first night (we wanted a patio), and we ended up in the “Sage” room, which was amazing!! Huge patio with outdoor fire pit and wonderful interior. So worth it. The texting service they utilize is really great.

We were so impressed with all the staff who were helpful with any request. The pool
side staff work so hard in that hot heat and bring around little surprises throughout the day, which were fun and refreshing! The spa was amazing of course. I couldn’t utilize all the updated facilities, but will say the “quiet” room is amazing. Even if you don’t get a service, go unwind in that room for awhile! My “mother to be” massage was perfection.

The food was the highlight. Every meal we had from breakfast to poolside to apps at Jade and dinner at Elements our last night were outstanding! We’ve never had such good food across so many settings and days at one hotel.

We left very relaxed and happy and would recommend Sanctuary to anyone! Thank you to all those that made our special getaway so wonderful!

Thank you for choosing to have your Babymoon with us here at Sanctuary. We are delighted you and your husband had such a wonderful and relaxing visit. We are glad that Keith and Edgar were able to get you switched into a room with a patio and that the texting service was so helpful. It is wonderful to hear that our dedication to service really shined through across the resort and helped ensure you had everything you needed for an unforgettable stay. So glad you were able to enjoy some time at the spa and a few meals at elements. We truly appreciate you taking the time to recommend us and we hope you will come back and see us again soon!

We stayed three nights to visit with family and attend a spring training game. The room was large and quiet with a large balcony that had a bit of a view of the mountains. Since it is dog friendly, the floors were concrete. The resort is very expensive which is ok, but we live in Southern California, and vacation in the Caribbean and Hawaii, and having of view of barren mountains is just not 5-star. The grounds and pool were nice but not spectacular, but service was excellent. We did a spa day and tried the restaurant. Both were very good but not exceptional.

Room Tip: There are rooms with views and without, so you have to ask.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us during your recent visit. It sounds like you enjoyed the resort overall, which is great to hear. We are happy to hear that our team took excellent care of you and provided top-notch service throughout your stay. We are sorry that the views, restaurant and spa did not quite hit that excellent standard we always strive for. We do sincerely appreciate you taking the time to write a review about your visit and hope you will give us another chance to show you the all around five-star experience we are capable of and that you deserve.

This is an absolutely beautiful property! It took my breath away. The staff is amazing and accommodating. I arrived a little early for check in and could still use the amenities. Everyone was so friendly! From the bell service to front desk to pool staff everyone was great. I really felt they put the customer first. They have a car service available which is super convenient as well. You can’t reserve it but they are there from 7-3 and generally there wasn’t too long of a wait. Pool and spa services were awesome. The spa is a tad bit noisey. I could hear people while I was getting my massage but it had great amenities and I would definitely go back. I think the only thing I would do differently is go in the later months. It was still a bit too chilly to get in the pool.

We had a mother-daughter long weekend at this resort, and truly enjoyed the stay. We went with the spa package, and my mother had the best massage she has ever experienced here... plus we had a great dinner. I would recommend a suite, as it gives you more space to spread out. I would definitely revisit for a relaxing weekend.

Room Tip: Get the suite... It is worth it to spread out a bit!

A friend had suggested this restaurant at The sanctuary so decided to take her there on our last days in Arizona. The place oozes of elegance and the view is spectacular. We ordered a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc (delicious) and it is half price on Sundays fro. 2-5:30. We ordered Poached Shrimps (huge), the cheese and charcuterie board, and the Korean BBQ chicken quesadilla. Everything was excellent. The place is very busy and has a great atmosphere. In the Ladies’ Room—no paper towels but actual linen clothes. I would highly recommend this place and will be back next time in Arizona.
