I dont know if it was the end of the season - April - but most of the stalls were closed only a handful remained open - more of a craft market feel to it with lots of hand made goods on sale - but be warned they are not cheap and i found them to be really expensive for the quality on offer.

Its a shopping village with lots of souvenirs to get for tourist. Hence i bought a few items from here. There are also 1 or 2 restuarant inside and outside of the village. The sales person was all very nice and friendly.

An open air gallery with the common shops. Just to enjoy the gnomos, the decoration of the shop doors, the artificial waterfall at the back and some crafts.

A bar upstairs.

Nice architecture, same old tourist stuff for sale. Folks seem nice enough. I can say that the upstairs coffee shop to the right served the best hot chocolate I had in Calafate.
