We ate here for three nights in a row while staying at the sister hotel, Villa Huinid. On each occasion the food was very well prepared and the service first class - particular thanks to the excellent waiter, Santiago, who looked after us (and, so far as I could tell, every other guest) with a warm smile and a very professional manner. The nature of the dining room means that the restaurant lacks immediate impact, but the (reasonably priced) food and service more than compensate. Service is not fast, but you are never forgotten and, if you are staying at the Bustillo or Villa Huinid hotels, then you probably intend for the meal to last for much of the evening anyway.
