“Large apartment near Bus Terminal and waterfront.”
Reviewed 21 March 2018 for a stay in March 2018

My wife and I stayed 3 nights with a Booking.com reservation.
After arriving on the 15:45 PM El Pulqui Bus from Resistencia, we walked 400 meters south to this 13 story apartment sitting above the Citroen dealership. The owner’s English speaking relatives met us at the door (using “Whatsapp” to coordinate) and escorted us(3 elevators) up to the 3rd floor.
Apartment #3E opened to 3 sets of original aluminum double windows with a beautiful view over the city’s 12 lane thoroughfare, and on to the port and large Coto Supermarket. The large parquet floored room contained the dining table with 4 chairs, couch, portable air conditioner, 2 easy chairs in front of a flat-screen wall TV. Adjoining was a fully outfitted kitchen, an open shelf cupboard, and to the side a half bath. Stairs led up to a new fully outfitted bathroom with an older tub shower, then 3 separate rooms; a locked room, a twin bedroom with 1 nightstand, full closet and fan, and a master bedroom with 2 twins put together, 2 nightstands, closet, and a quiet AC.
The 1st night(Sunday), we slept in the street facing master bedroom, but the unending traffic noise continually woke us. The 2nd and 3rd nights we moved to the back twin bedroom which was much quieter.
We had good secure wifi, Netflix on the TV, and fridge stocked with 4 bottles mineral water, 6 eggs, 8 oranges, liter of milk, and small jar of jam.
This apartment was chosen for its excellent location, sited between the bus terminal, waterfront mall, and pedestrian zone of the city. We walked 2.4 km northeast along the Rio Santa Fe to the 1928 Suspended Bridge, and 1.8 km over to and down pedestrian San Martin to the main 25 de Mayo Plaza.
For us this clean and well outfitted apartment was a decent value, (5,200 Ap= $253 for 3 nights) but too much street noise for us to consider again.
