I was in town for a convention and went to a game. The park is the best of the spring training parks that I have been too. It’s pretty much perfect. The food was good and there were ex-Cubs signing in left field. Really a great place.

One of the best places in the valley to watch a spring training game. Lots of good viewpoints to take in the game from multiple angles. Friendly crows who love to talk baseball! I recommend the lawn - cheapest seats and great views of the entire field.

Sloan Park is Minor League sized with Major League touches. Walking in as a Cubs fan you are hit with the beauty of Arizona and Wrigley Field comforts like the green styling of seats and the scoreboard. Not to mention you can even get some Hot Doug’s! The stadium offers seats in the shade and sun - not to mention ample room for lawn seats. A lot of thought and attention to detail must have gone into the park as it’s a wonderful place to catch a game.

This was our first Spring Training game with the Cubs/Royals to watch for a Sunday game. The workers were very kind & helpful. They had food trucks behind outfield grass area to choose from in addition to concessions. This stadium had 15k when we were there, but didn’t feel crowded. Watched from grass area on blankets & they did allow soft sided coolers & sealed water bottles. Get their early to catch practice balls.
