It was our first night out in Mendoza and were given 3 names to choose from at our hotel. What got us to choose Ceibo was that the concierge said it was local and served great food from Argentina but it was not just a steak house. My wife leaning toward vegetables more liked this idea. We were not disappointed. I had an amazing take on Argentinian bbq and my wife had a beautiful and delicious piece of salmon all washed down with a great bottle of wine. We walked from our hotel (Park Hyatt) and would have gone back over and over if there were not so many other choices! The service is good but very laid back as we found it to be everywhere here. No one is in a rush. As Americans we were looking to eat around 8 but the action in this city starts at 11! I highly recommend you give this restaurant a try. BTW the Bramare Malbec was a great choice too.
