Our tour guide brought us here after a boat tour of the nearby delta. The restaurant is comfortable and airy. There were several good choices from the fixed price menu. Each selection was reported to be tasty and satisfying. Service was good while we were there for an early lunch. It was getting quite busy by noon.

Former rowing club headquarters in the Delta region. Reservations got us right in, but the lunch crowd had all the other tables. Nice selection of lunchtime specials. Food was served fast and hot. Price included drink and desert. Servings were ample. Staff was pretty good with English and took credit cards or USD. Outside tables available but it was quite warm so everyone was indoors. Interior was open, light and airy. Did not see an elevator so stairs must be climbed.

Jane Thank you very much for your evaluation! We do not have an elevator because it does not warrant it, but in case you need it we have a ramp for an alternative entrance. We hope to see you again. Regards!

We had lunch here after a cruise in The Delta. We were made very welcome and our waiter brought out an English speaker to ensure that we understood the lunch options. Having had a big dinner the night before we were not very hungry and settled for their house salad which is smoked salmon. It was fresh and delicious and perfectly satisfying with a large glass of their house Chardonnay. The guacamole and rolls were yummy and a complimentary glass of champagne on paying our bill, in honor of Xmas, rounded out the experience. The building is historic and gorgeous. There were fresh flowers on the tables and whilst it was not busy it was doing a steady trade. Free WiFi and clean bathrooms.

An early 20th century villa that was once an italian club, this is now a lovely, spacious restaurant by the river which at lunchtime does huge business in fixed price lunches - today's was huge hake portions or cannelloni with potatoes/salad, a glass of wine and pudding for £8 - tremendous value. But it meant that we, who wanted a la carte, had to wait a longish time to be fed. But when it came, the lomo steak, smoked salmon and avocado salad and sauted potatoes, which we shared, swilled down with a nice bottle of Malbec, was worth the wait. Surrounded by Frieda Karlo paintings and lots of space, airy and welcoming, it was comfortable and satisfying.I really recommend it, especially for the lunch deal.
