I've lunched at Costa Serena several times and have yet to be disappointed. Though across the street, a window seat gives you an incredible view of the sea. The midweek executive luncheon menu is not only a bargain with very satisfying portions, but the chef must be professionally trained. They need not change a thing. The menu is perfect.
Take a 2 peso local bus ride or walk the rambla nestled above the ocean from the Casino to Costa Serena in 35 minutes. Their friendly staff will greet you and make you feel at home.
If this restaurant was right downtown, you'd pay two to three times as much and have to make a reservation.
