Went there with a local friend who had close knoledge of the owner (he had taken classes of "parrila" with him. Obviously we had too much to eat but it was delicious. Argentineans are absolutely subjective about barbequeue. There are 1000ways of doing it wrong, depending on who you talk with. But I must say that the sweetberad, the chorizo and the blood saussage were perfect. I was ready to leave after that and then the perfect steaks, (ojo de bife) grilled to absolute perfection arrived. We didn't waste time with saladas or fries. Just outstanding.
