We had a reservation at 8:30 pm. When we got there, there was a bunch of people outside. The restaurant actually opens at 8:30, so every guest must go to the door, announce himself and then wait to be called after they open.
However as soon as we got in, things got better.
We had an amazing waiter (Emmanuel), who kindly offered the wagyu beef and all the other options in the menu.
We had the provoleta, the kobe/wagyu beef, the ribeye steak (Ojo de Bife), and the half portion dessert tasting.
The kobe beef was so tender it was literally cut with 2 spoons.
The sabayon and dulce de leche ice creams were unbelievable.
