We went numerous times to this lovely restaurant that was just a short walk from where we were staying in Laprida, Recoleta. The menu is focused around classic Italian dishes but with some Argentine and international dishes. We tried various dishes and all were very tasty, well prepared and presented. The chicken escalope with putanesca sauce was outstanding as was the bife de chorizo, a classic Argentine sirloin cut. The ambience of the restaurant is very much along the lines of a European brasserie that makes for a relaxed feel. Service was always very attentive and professional....Walter made us feel very welcome from the first visit. Very much a locals place. The house Malbec was excellent and overall price very reasonable. We were certainly charged more for less in other places we ate at. Very enjoyable
