Very friendly welcome and comfortable room with all you need. Breakfast was top class. Also conveniently placed in Stellies .

Lovely friendly guest house, personal service and flexible checkin and checkout much appreciated. Room spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped, breakfast good and plentiful, bed very comfy. Short stroll to town centre and to the trails in the hills, elegant street and pleasant walks.

Great location in town. Close to the University and restaurants. The guesthouse is well maintained with comfortable neat rooms. Very welcoming host! We'll definitely stay at the Avenues Guest Lodge again!

We had a very comfortable stay. Bernice the hostess was most accommodating and attentive. Beds were comfortable. A well-stocked honesty bar and good breakfast were available.
