We enjoyed our time a lot and felt very welcome from the first minute on! Friendly and calm neighbourhood with university and nice restaurants in walking distance. Delicious breakfast and personal recommendations made it unforgettable!

A lovely homely and hospitable stay. The rooms are very comfortable with little luxuries like a little carafe of Port and delicious rusks with a full tea coffee station and a very well stocked supply of vanity items in the bathroom. The honesty bar is also very handy for water and refreshments.
Sadly I had to leave very early so missed breakfast.
The hosts are genuinely friendly and helpful and the location is very central within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

,,,due to flight schedule. Bernice was waiting at the door when we arrive late in the night from CT airport. A nice touch of IKEA and Scandinavian interior design welcomes you. Not a millions pillows on the bed of no use, which otherwise seems to be standard in South African B&Bs.

I enjoyed my short stay very much, Bernice was so welcoming and friendly, room was perfect and clean, and even though I over slept and missed the breakfast time, they still served me with a smile. I would highly recommend booking a stay at The Avenues.

Bernice and her team made it the most enjoyable accommodating stay in Stellenbosch thus far. The Eerste River flowing on the Geusthouse doorstep, is mesmerizing this time of the year. Definatly coming back. Hopefully soon.

Wonderful warm welcome, the room was very comfortable with special thoughtful add on in the bathroom, like cotton and thread rusks with our coffee and best breakfast in the morning- omelettes were incredible. Great location close to centre of Stellenbosch. Will definitely be back and recommend The Avenues.Thank you :)
