We completed the Swartberg Pass earlier today from the Prince Albert side to get some unusual sunset photography shots. The pass is spectacular with numerous switchbacks, twists and turns and steep climbs. Certainly an engineering masterpiece and well worth a visit. Great to see that Cape Nature is keeping the pass so well maintained and in excellant condition too. Add this to your bucket list. The pass can also be accessed from the Oudshoorn side is 22km long and takes just on an hour to complete.
